Job summary

IMP Solutions is seeking an experienced consultant to join our Professional Services team across Canada. You will work directly with clients, shaping initiatives early and staying involved through delivery.

The role blends advisory and delivery work for both public and private sectors, with a mix of remote and on-site work based on client needs. You’ll lead engagements, build senior-level relationships, facilitate workshops, and provide strategic guidance to help clients achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, project delivery or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate at executive and working-team levels.
• Experience building trusted client relationships as a strategic advisor.
• Strong problem-solving and results-driven approach.
• Experience in client-facing consulting is a strong asset.
• Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, Prosci, Agile, ITIL are assets.

We’re growing our Professional Services team and are looking for an experienced consultant who can combine strategic thinking, strong client relationships, and delivery expertise to help our clients achieve their desired outcomes.

You’ll work directly with clients, help shape initiatives early, and stay involved through delivery. The work is a mix of delivery and advisory, depending on the client and the engagement.

Our consultants work with clients across both the public and private sectors, providing a combination of advisory, transformation, and delivery services for business and technology initiatives.

What You Will Do

What You Need To Succeed

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, project delivery, business analysis, organizational change, program management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex business and technology initiatives
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate confidently at both executive and working-team levels
• Experience building trusted relationships with clients and acting as a strategic advisor
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to delivering results
• Experience working in client-facing consulting environments is considered a strong asset
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, Prosci, Agile, ITIL, or equivalent experience are considered assets
• Ability to identify opportunities, contribute to business development efforts, and support the growth of client relationships
