Job Overview:

As a Senior Site Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will lead and coordinate the work of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of Project Site Supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify potential issues or delays.

Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.

Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and material usage.

Ensure that all site work is performed in accordance with relevant codes, regulations, and company policies.

Mentor and support junior site staff, providing guidance and training as needed to foster their development.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction site supervision or a related role.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide site personnel.
