Job summary

SIROY is a general contractor delivering high-end residential and complex architectural projects from Montreal to Mont-Tremblant, with a strong presence in the Laurentians. We seek a senior project manager who truly owns projects and aligns clients, professionals, and field teams until delivery.

You will lead projects from start to finish with an experienced team, analyzing plans, planning work, managing budgets, and driving proactive solutions with autonomy and leadership.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a construction project manager.
• Experience in high-end residential projects, major renovations, or complex projects.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods and plans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and objectives.
• Plan work and maintain schedules.
• Manage budgets, costs, and changes.
• Coordinate professionals, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Work closely with the superintendent and field teams.
• Prepare requests for proposals and analyze bids.
• Anticipate issues and propose solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with clients.
• Participate in site and coordination meetings.
• Follow up on deficiencies and the Project closure.
• Make decisions and get things done.
