Calian ITCS is seeking a Senior Construction Manager for a 6-month full-time contract to perform the following duties :

Responsibilities

• Manage technical aspects of telecommunications equipment deployment and ASP management at assigned venues, including site suitability, supplier selection, scope validation with RF and suppliers.
• Determine and manage the distribution of equipment and materials necessary for deployment.
• Manage site access.
• Plan and schedule installation and construction, including setting project schedules, forecasting, and sequencing work.
• Monitor progress against schedule, update schedules as needed.
• Represent our customer for venue reviews, supplier deliverables, customer visits, inspections, and safety issues.
• Conduct audits during build and construction completion.
• Ensure completion according to standards, evaluate punch list items, and determine acceptability.
• Monitor and manage project budget.
• Coordinate with Customer Project Managers.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
