Senior Construction Engineer | Ontario, On-Site

We’re hiring a Senior Construction Engineer to lead major industrial infrastructure builds. This role is hands-on, site-based, and central to project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of large-scale static architecture and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee construction activities, site coordination, safety, and QA/QC.
• Review technical drawings, manage compliance, and solve field-level challenges.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors across disciplines.
• Mentor junior engineers and help drive technical standards across teams.
• International travel is required a couple of times a year.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in construction, civil, or structural engineering.
• Proven experience with earthworks, foundations, buried piping, and design-build delivery.
• Strong technical judgment and on-site decision-making capability.
• Proficient with construction drawings, codes, standards, and scheduling.
• P.Eng./P.E. preferred.
• Familiarity with ASRS systems and BIM/CAD is a plus.
