Job summary

3iQ is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to support and manage the day-to-day operation of the compliance function across the organization. This role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and will coordinate monitoring, testing, reporting, regulatory tracking, policy implementation, training, marketing review, and cross-functional compliance support.

This position requires advanced knowledge of Canadian securities regulation and experience in a regulated financial environment, including

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of compliance experience in a regulated financial institution or crypto firm.
• Strong understanding of Canadian securities regulation and cross-border regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate monitoring, testing, and regulatory reporting.
• Provide practical guidance on regulatory requirements to business teams.
• Review marketing and client-facing materials for compliance.
• Support AML/ATF, KYC, and sanctions screening programs.
