Department Overview

The Global Compliance Department oversees Regulatory Compliance across TDBG, assessing the effectiveness of RCM programs, providing guidance, managing regulatory change, and reporting to senior leadership and the Board.

Role Summary

The Senior Manager, as part of Enterprise Corporate Office Compliance, will lead the RCM program, engaging with Corporate Functions and Risk Owners. The role involves providing objective advice, leading a team, developing compliance programs, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective communication of compliance risks to executives and the Board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team responsible for oversight of RCM frameworks and standards.
  • Develop expertise in RCM and related compliance programs.
  • Contribute to compliance program development and implementation.
  • Provide guidance and challenge to oversight functions and risk owners.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders and communicate compliance issues clearly.
  • Understand the federated model and lines of defense.
  • Prepare executive communications, policies, and standards.
  • Partner with other compliance units, including US Compliance.
  • Lead initiatives, forums, and represent compliance at meetings.
  • Stay informed on regulatory trends and impacts.
  • Provide thought leadership and knowledge sharing.
Minimum Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Relevant professional designation/certification.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
