We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compensation professional to join our team. The primary responsibilities include providing strategic compensation consultation for assigned business and regional units, leading various compensation projects, and developing sound compensation solutions aligned with HR strategies and organizational goals. You will interpret compensation data modeling to influence pay decisions across the organization. Join our remote, collaborative Global Compensation team and help deliver strategic compensation services. We offer flexible working arrangements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with HR business partners and leaders to diagnose complex compensation issues and guide on policies and programs.
  • Lead and deliver compensation training for HR and business leaders.
  • Lead or participate in compensation projects.
  • Develop and present competitive salary assessments and analyses.
  • Create and maintain Excel-based tools and data models for projects.
  • Analyze data to generate insights supporting compensation planning.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Experience consulting on compensation programs and policies.
  • Deep understanding of compensation principles and best practices.
  • Experience delivering compensation training.
  • Job evaluation experience, especially in integrating acquired companies.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and develop data models.
  • Knowledge of project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with HRIS systems like Oracle.
  • Understanding of compensation legislation for North America; multi-national knowledge is a plus.
  • CCP certification preferred or in progress.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

At least 7 years of relevant experience in compensation.

This is a typical office environment role, working mainly with computers.
