Royal Rehab Lifeworks is seeking an experienced Senior Exercise Physiologist to provide evidence-based assessment and prescription across diverse rehabilitation programs. You will lead clinical practice, mentor junior clinicians and contribute to multidisciplinary planning within Lifeworks.

The role requires ESSA‑accredited status, rehabilitation experience, and strong communication. You will join a dedicated team in a modern clinic space that supports high-quality care and innovation.

Qualifikationen

• Degree-qualified Exercise Physiologist.
• Current ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status.
• Clinical experience in rehabilitation.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning and multidisciplinary skills.
• Experience providing supervision/mentoring or clinical leadership.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Exercise Physiologist to join Royal Rehab Lifeworks and provide high-quality, evidence-based exercise physiology services across our varied and diverse rehabilitation and musculoskeletal rehabilitation programs.

The Senior Exercise Physiologist will provide clinical leadership, complex assessment and exercise prescription and contribute to multidisciplinary rehabilitation planning and support the development of junior clinicians and students. The role will also contribute to the service improvement, clinical education and evidence-based practice across Lifeworks.

Key Responsibilities

Essential

• Degree-qualified Exercise Physiologist.
• Current ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in rehabilitation.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning and multidisciplinary skills.
• Experience providing supervision/mentoring or clinical leadership.

Desirable

• Experience in neurological rehabilitation, private hospital or disability services.
• Postgraduate qualifications or demonstrated advanced clinical expertise.
