SaskEnergy is seeking a strategic and creative individual to join our Corporate Communications team. The Senior Communications Officer takes a lead role in the development of written and interactive communications materials to engage our employees throughout the province and help us tell our story to internal and external stakeholders. This includes leading the development of Corporation’s annual report, writing articles for the intranet and the saskenergy.com website, developing messaging for all staff on various initiatives, creating content for social media, and taking part in the production of corporate videos.
As part of the overall Strategic Communications department, the Senior Communications Officer will also support SaskEnergy’s government and media relations team, which involves writing news releases, media advisories, and briefing notes, as well as taking part in the department’s on-call communications support rotation.
