Job Title: Senior Commercial Underwriter – Construction & Contracting Risks

Location: Hybrid | Downtown Toronto (In-office ~50%)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Underwriting and pricing Construction & Contracting risks
• Building and maintaining trusted broker relationships
• Evaluating complex commercial risks with a holistic approach
• Coaching and developing junior underwriters
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience (property, casualty, auto)
• CIP designation (completed or in progress)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
