Job Summary
The Commercial Specialist will serve as a key link between Sales, Operations, and Customers, leveraging advanced data analytics tools (BI / Actus) and CRM / ERP systems to drive business decisions, streamline order management, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires both analytical and commercial expertise, ensuring data-driven sales planning, accurate forecasting, and seamless execution of customer orders.
Base pay range
CA$75,000.00 / yr - CA$110,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize BI / Actus skills to analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making.
- Sales & Forecasting / Meeting / Reporting Support: Partner with Sales to understand analysis requirements, deliver tailored reporting and presentation strategies, and lead monthly sales forecast reviews to align commercial teams and manage pipeline risks and opportunities.
- Global Supply Chain & Demand Planning: Develop and implement processes to support growth and customer commitments; forecast demand and manage supply planning to ensure availability of modules, antennas, and components.
- Executive Reporting: Provide reporting to the Executive team on delivery status, revenue, and profitability to drive commercial and operational excellence.
- Customer Relationship & Order Management: Manage end-to-end order processes as the primary contact for clients; coordinate between customers, sales, and internal operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
- International Trade Knowledge: Apply knowledge of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.), export / import regulations, and customs clearance to manage international orders; prepare and review shipping documents.
Educational and Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in BI / Actus, data analytics, and reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems; knowledge of international trade and order management is a plus.
- Solid understanding of demand planning and sales forecasting methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
