What it's like to be a Federated Contact+ Commercial Insurance Broker

As a member of the company's Contact + division, the Commercial Insurance Broker will support daily operations, emphasizing marketing new exposure opportunities and maintaining client relationships by surpassing client expectations. Additionally, this role involves assisting with coaching and mentoring the team, ensuring every interaction is a positive experience with efficient service standards.

If you are great at:

1. Participating in effective coaching and motivation
2. Sales and the ownership of clients
3. Delivering efficient communication with clients
4. Risk analysis

If you have:

1. Post-secondary education with 5 years broker activity.
2. A mix of underwriting, actual selling to clients and marketing would be a definite asset.
3. Licensed as a General Insurance Broker in the applicable province.
4. Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, MS Office, EPIC, TAM, or other Broker Management Software).
5. Effective telephone marketing and time management skills.
