Hybrid work model in a modern office. The candidate should have 5–7 years of CPG finance experience, a degree in Finance/Accounting and a professional designation. AI and Power BI reporting are key modernization goals.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Accounting or related field is required.
• Professional accounting designation is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and reporting experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and analysis to support growth targets.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to optimize processes.
• Support modernization of finance through AI and enhanced Power BI dashboards.
• Ensure costings accuracy and timely updates in systems.
• Coordinate with shared services for month-end and forecasting.
