Job description

Our client is looking for a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager who is seeking new challenges and wants to make a difference in their workplace. If you are a go-getter and thrive in a collaborative environment, then this company is where you will fit.

What you will be doing:

  • Work together with the Producers in managing the existing book of business and developing a new portfolio.
  • Manage existing accounts by sending correspondence and performing daily administration.
  • Manage clients’ needs and provide any support needed, such as preparing quotes, up-selling, and cross-selling.
  • Maintain good relationships with underwriters and other members of different practice groups.

What we are looking for:

  • Must have at least 5 years of insurance experience.
  • EPIC experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Level 2 license and CAIB or CIP insurance designation is an asset.
  • Team player with great communication skills, comfortable multitasking, and possessing good customer service skills.

Salary: Between 85,000 to 110,000
