Job summary
Health Services Cluster is seeking a Senior Solutions Designer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, large-scale technology solutions in a healthcare setting. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, apply cloud-native architectures, and ensure adherence to FHIR standards and secure design principles.
The role requires strong leadership across solution lifecycle, collaboration with architects, and delivery within Agile environments using Azure DevOps for CI/CD
Qualifications
- Leadership in designing and coordinating high-risk, large-scale technology solutions.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures: containerization, orchestration, microservices.
- Working knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards (FHIR).
- Experience with automated build and deployment processes (CI/CD).
- Experience in Agile software development environments and Azure DevOps.
- Ability to lead multiple teams and communicate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and enhancement of complex solutions.
- Translate requirements into scalable application and technical designs.
- Provide guidance on software, hardware, network, and infra needs.
- Design cloud-based solutions with containerization and microservices.
- Develop low-level design artifacts for development and testing teams.
- Collaborate with architects to ensure consistent models across projects.
- Apply FHIR standards to design and integration.
