Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking a senior cloud infrastructure/identity engineer to shape secure, scalable cloud platforms and IAM services in AWS and on‑prem data centers. You will design authentication, authorization, SSO, and lifecycle workflows, while driving automation with Terraform and Python/Go.

You will partner with Security, Engineering, and Infrastructure to implement Zero Trust, monitor production services, and mentor engineers across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, IAM, or Security Engineering.
• Experience owning complex production infra at scale and AWS environment know‑how.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, and RBAC.
• Hands‑on with container tech and Kubernetes; proficient in Python or Go and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and architecture of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and IAM platforms.
• Implement IAM, IGA, authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and provisioning workflows.
• Develop automation and IaC with Terraform and Python/Go.
• Build security controls for AI systems, supporting Zero Trust and least privilege.
• Collaborate across Security, Engineering, and Infrastructure to reduce friction.
• Set technical direction and lead cross‑team initiatives for reliability and security.
• Write high-quality code, review architecture, mentor engineers, and raise the bar.
• Support production systems with observability, resilience, and automation.
• Participate in on‑call and incident response for Developer Productivity.
