Job description

As a Senior Clinical Trial Assistant, you will join the world's largest and most comprehensive clinical research organization, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

• Site experience as a study coordinator, research assistant, or previous CTA with CRO/sponsor
• Experience with IRB/REB submissions, including local and/or central REBs
• Experience with ICF forms, review, and submission processes to ethics boards
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in Canada (e.g., CTSI form, Health Canada submissions)
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Capability to manage multiple trials across therapeutic areas
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple study teams
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively from home
• Preferably located in the same time zone or able to work regular EST hours (Ontario/Quebec)
• Solid understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines
• High attention to detail

You are:

• BA/BS in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical trial experience
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Experience with VeevaVault TMF is a plus
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
