Premier Research Group in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Dermatology to lead global project efforts across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics and Medical Affairs. You will ensure milestones, manage budgets, and serve as the primary client liaison to drive successful project delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in CRO/pharma and strong Dermatology knowledge. Global coordination experience is preferred and Premier Research offers competitive

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical, biological or science field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in CRO/pharma/biotech/specialty pharma.
• Budget/finance/costing experience on a project level.
• Experience managing complex trials, multiple phases and full lifecycle.
• Global experience preferred, Dermatology knowledge required.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and coordinates efforts of the global project team across Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics and Medical Affairs/Safety to meet milestones.
• Monitors budget and scope to ensure project profitability.
• Ensures tasks align with project plans and Premier Research processes and procedures.
• Acts as primary liaison between Premier Research and the customer, chairs meetings and teleconferences.
• Assists in Business Development, including proposals and presentations with BD and Scientific Account Leadership.
• Builds strong relationships with clients to generate new or add-on business.

The annualized minimum base pay for this role is $122,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
