Responsibilities
- You will develop, lead, and execute MSA sales strategy & priorities to enable client growth of existing and new products. Purposefully position outcomes within the context of the client’s digital marketing journey from current to future state.
- You will work to influence CMO and Chief Digital Marketing Stakeholders through relationship building as a compelling storyteller, leading with emotional intelligence, communicating confidently, and effectively listening to identify clients’ end-to-end needs.
- You will lead sales planning with the account v-team, including achieving sales targets, increasing existing budgets, and opening new share of wallet opportunities with Audience ads and other incubations products. Ensure shared accountability for sales targets and collaborate with the v-team to bring the best resources for deal success.
- You will expand the client’s view on the importance of MSA products, negotiate effectively to ensure mutual wins, and maintain positive relationships during negotiations.
- You will update the pipeline, review top new opportunities, identify roadblocks, and ensure the engagement of the right resources to overcome client objections.
- You will execute sales activities according to expectations, managing pipeline, new clients, and opportunities per the MSA Solution Selling process, driving client-verifiable outcomes at each stage.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 10+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, search advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, search advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales
- OR 12+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, search advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales
Additional or preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 14+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, search advertising
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 12+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, search advertising
The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $142,800 - CAD $214,900 per year. Find additional pay information here. Applications are accepted until June 24, 2025.
