Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Excellent French and English communication skills, since the role involves interaction with colleagues outside Quebec and regulators across Canada.
• Experience managing large, complex accounts.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Service expertise and sales capabilities focused on retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a large book of business containing complex and priority accounts.
• Direct and implement the sales and marketing strategy for managed accounts and growth areas.
• Keep current on account issues, trends, and develop growth strategy for targeted accounts.
• Offer technical advice and make informed recommendations leveraging product expertise and account review.
• Ensure pricing and coverage are advantageous for the company and institutionalize accounts.
• Develop project plans for sales processes and monitor progress for timely delivery.
• Maintain relationships and address escalated issues to preserve credibility.
• Maintain relationships with senior level counterparts in client organizations.
• Attend industry events and conferences to build a professional network and represent the company.
