Your job

  • Take charge of the processing and administrative follow-up of files
  • Participate in the updating of work processes and procedures according to quality standards
  • Collaborate in the resolution of identified operational problems
  • Raise issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance and risk management compliance
  • Actively participate in your development and that of your peers

Work schedules are flexible and include telecommuting or daily presence in the office depending on operational needs. They can vary depending on the team and are mainly during the day. The position reports to the Director and you collaborate with your team members on a daily basis in the processing of the sector's activities. We know that we can count on our colleagues to share knowledge and help each other.

Prerequisite
