A leading construction company in Vancouver, BC, is seeking an experienced Senior Claims Manager to oversee the claims program. You will manage a team, provide strategic guidance, and ensure compliance with insurance policies. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years in claims, including supervisory experience. This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $127,200 to $173,250 annually.
As the Senior Claims Manager, you will lead Ledcor's enterprise-wide claims program, overseeing the full lifecycle of insurable claims from notice of loss through to final settlement. You will provide strategic direction on claims resolution, develop and implement efficient processes, and ensure strict compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various industries and jurisdictions. You will manage and advocate for Ledcor's interests in claims involving a broad portfolio of corporate and project-specific insurance policies in both Canada and the U.S. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of claims professionals, offering guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to drive performance and ensure effective claims handling across the organization.
