What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Adjuster, Subrogation?

Our Claims Adjuster, Subrogation works hard to provide support to our clients. They are responsible for proactively managing files through the subrogation process, including subrogation negotiations and successful recovery closures. They are instrumental in creating and maintaining relationships with third parties, vendors, legal firms, and other insurance carriers.

We want your talent

if you are great at:

1. Adjudicating claims, including files in litigation
2. Preparing file summaries for internal reporting, large loss, and reinsurance
3. Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule
4. Providing a great Customer experience

And you have:

1. Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
2. Completed or working towards the CIP designation (an asset)
3. A minimum of 5 years of Liability/Subrogation claim handling experience
4. Experience with commercial lines
5. Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
6. Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and Legal Council
