An integrated industrial engineering firm in Calgary seeks a Lead Civil and Structural Engineer to lead a discipline engineering team on energy projects. Responsibilities include planning work programs, maintaining project schedules, and providing leadership to the engineering team. The ideal candidate has over ten years of experience in facilities engineering and design, holds a P.Eng. registration, and is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Qualifications

• Ten-plus years of progressive experience in facilities engineering and design in the energy industry.
• P.Eng. registration with APEGA is required.
• Ability to meet safety requirements to attend site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead a discipline engineering team in design projects.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and update project schedules.
• Assign and review work of discipline engineering staff.
