Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in design of land development or capital works projects.
• Registered as a P.Eng in the province of work.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Course or experience in Contract Administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects through municipal design approval as Engineer-of-Record.
• Lead detailed engineering design and guide technical staff.
• Attend client, contractor, and municipal meetings; document outcomes.
• Meet project milestones and manage schedule/scope changes.
• Provide construction phase oversight and resolve field issues.
• Mentor junior staff and support workload planning.
• Oversee budget tracking and invoicing for projects.
