Landmark Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Civil Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale civil and infrastructure projects in Western Canada.

You will work with field teams, estimators, clients and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining safety and quality standards. Based in Salmon Arm, this full-time role requires travel to project sites and strong leadership to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across bridges, water infrastructure, marine works,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive construction experience with civil, infrastructure, or related projects.
• Experience managing project cost, schedule, contracts, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Knowledge of civil construction methods, sequencing, equipment, crews, productivity, and site execution.
• Familiarity with Western Canada civil construction practices, contract administration, and safety requirements.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, and project performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and infrastructure projects from award to close-out with focus on safety, cost, schedule and client satisfaction.
• Manage project planning, budgets, scheduling, contract administration and resource coordination.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, lookaheads, critical path activities and recovery plans.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers and equipment to meet project objectives.
• Lead meetings with project teams and clients, ensuring actions are documented and tracked.
