• Oversee project construction and provide technical support to site teams, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies in a virtual environment.
• Ensure designs meet all relevant engineering standards, environmental regulations, and public health requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Water and Environmental Engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the design and management of water and sanitation infrastructure.
• Proficiency in water and wastewater modeling software (e.g., EPANET, SWMM, WaterGEMS).
• Strong understanding of water treatment processes, distribution systems, and sanitation technologies.
• Proven experience in project management and leading technical teams remotely.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) registration with ECSA is required.
