The Opportunity: Our Resources subsector, a key component of WSP’s ERI (Energy, Resources and Industry) sector, supports clients from coast to coast. Over the decades, we have developed a wide range of services, including economic studies, project management, detailed design, procurement, site management, commissioning, and industrial programming. This division provides a full range of services to industrial and mining projects, from conceptual and feasibility studies to detailed engineering in EPCM, as well as mine site closure and dismantling. Job Description: To meet our growth challenges, WSP is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our offices in Ontario (Thunder Bay, Sudbury, Sault Ste Marie) or Saskatchewan (Saskatoon). The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge and a track record of successful project delivery within Civil Engineering in an engineering consulting environment. Responsibilities include overseeing design, construction, and maintenance of heavy industrial civil projects, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements, maintaining technical quality, managing costs, building client relationships, and guiding a team of designers. You will play a key role in enhancing our service offerings in the province and beyond.
