McElhanney has an exciting opportunity for Senior Civil Engineer, Community and Resort Development to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary Community and Resort development projects with a focus on the civil engineering components. You will also act as a primary point of contact for key clients, nurturing long-term relationships, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our business. You will act as the Civil Engineer of Record and Client Manager for complex development projects from concept through to completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
Our work spans a diverse range of site servicing and subdivision projects across community, resort, commercial, and residential development. From ski hills and spas to outdoor destinations, affordable housing, and growing communities, our portfolio reflects the unique needs of the Bow Valley and beyond. As a leading service provider in Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, and Kananaskis, we are expanding across Alberta and Eastern BC. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $165,000 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual’s education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications. The posted base salary/wage range is representative of the required level of qualifications and experience for the position as noted in the job posting. The salary offered will be based on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
