McElhanney Ltd. has an opportunity for a Junior Civil Engineer (EIT) to join our Land Development team in Kamloops, BC, with an anticipated start date of May 2027 or after graduation. In this role, you will support a variety of land development projects and provide innovative, integrated consulting services to public and private sector clients. This position offers a mix of office and field work, giving you the opportunity to contribute to projects through design support, coordination, construction review, and client-focused project delivery.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual’s education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications. The posted base salary/wage range is representative of the required level of qualifications and experience for the position as noted in the job posting. The salary offered will be based on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
