Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary SME for Citrix NetScaler across production, non-production, and DR environments.
• Design, deploy, and manage L4–L7 load balancing, SSL offloading, traffic management, and application optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex performance, availability, and connectivity issues.
• Implement and manage SSL, content switching, HA/DR, and security integrations.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to onboard and optimize applications.
• Support upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Provide L3+ support, RCA, documentation, and technical mentorship.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 15+ years of hands‑on experience with Citrix NetScaler / Citrix ADC in large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of load balancing, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience in 24x7 production environments with strong stakeholder communication skills.
