• Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity within the EHR system by implementing quality control measures and verifying the accuracy of records.
• Workflow Analysis: Collaborate with healthcare providers to analyze clinical workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Work towards enhancing overall system efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and issue resolutions. Ensure that documentation is up to date and accessible.
