Job summary

Magnum Services Ltd. seeks an experienced Cementing Supervisor to oversee field operations in Fort St. John, BC. The role involves managing crews, equipment, and client specifications while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

Two levels (Supervisor 1 and Supervisor 2) offer progression based on unit proficiency, mentoring responsibilities, and complex job oversight. Must be able to operate multiple unit types and lead field teams with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (Canada) / Class A CDL (US) with clean driving record.
• Experience as an oil and gas cementing supervisor and with pumpers.
• Ability to direct and motivate a team.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 23 kg and working in outdoor conditions.
• Able to work on a 24 hours on, 15 days on, 6 days off rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor personnel, equipment and materials to ensure timely arrival on location.
• Execute cementing jobs per design/client specs; perform rigging procedures.
• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and safety compliance.
• Prepare end-of-well, end-of-month, incident and maintenance reports as required.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and support company objectives.
• Lead and mentor Supervisors and support leadership teams.
