Job Description:

Installations and Services

1. On site management of all aspects of all CCTV installations and services
2. Work closely with Installation Manager/Project Managers to uphold company standards and customer satisfaction on all services provided
3. Review new project proposals, and develop execution plans
4. Coordinate all trades and staff
5. Provide tech support and on-site help whenever required
6. Ensure high quality workmanship by all trades
7. Maintain installation and service schedule
8. Communicate with customers
9. Participate in Service On Call rotation

Inventory & P&E maintenance

1. Maintain stock free of unused inventory at all times
2. Inventory forecasting and maintenance of required stock
3. Manage all aspects of CCTV RMA
4. Ensure warehouse is clean and organized at all times
5. Monitor and maintain existing network infrastructure
6. Maintain wellness of vehicles, surveillance trailers and solar units

Leadership

1. Coach and support "Level 1 Support" & "Level 2 Support"
2. Create education, training, and development programs where required
3. Develop future company leaders
4. Develop new, and improve existing system integration solutions
5. Identify new market opportunities
6. Perform detailed analysis of competitor products and services

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Valid Driver's License with clean abstract
2. Strong communication skills both oral and written in English
3. Demonstrate strong work ethic, leadership skills, ability to train, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
4. 5+ years experience in CCTV/Access Control Installations (e.g. Hikvision, Axis, Kantech, HID, Louroe, Aiphone)
5. Working at Heights Certification
6. Networking and low voltage electronic experience (Strong networking skills an asset)
7. Ability to read schematics and blueprints
