Job Overview

The Senior Catalog Manager will be the main contact with clients or a mentor to Catalog Managers. They will use their expertise to improve catalog coverage, accuracy, and information quality. Responsibilities include planning and organizing goals with clients or overseeing them with Catalog Managers.

The Senior Catalog Manager's skills in data analysis, cleaning, and interpretation, using various approaches and in-house software, will be utilized for training colleagues and verifying work quality. The ability to understand client needs and communicate effectively is crucial. As the face of the company, they will uphold company values and contribute to reputation building.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee onboarding of new clients and set goals with them.
  • Coordinate with the Group Manager to establish timelines.
  • Monitor client communications and respond as needed.
  • Review and ensure quality of work from Catalog Analysts and Managers.
  • Provide feedback, guidance, and training to team members.
  • Participate in process development and communicate status updates.
  • Cover for the Group Manager during absence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience.
  • Core competencies include knowledge of ACES and PIES standards, industry terminology, product attributes, data channels, and automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Technical skills in Excel, statistics, and writing.
  • Soft skills such as adaptability, attention to detail, critical thinking, data analysis, and communication.
  • Tools proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Jira, and PartCat.
  • Senior level : Mid-Senior
