We are currently recruiting for a Senior Desk Adjuster to join our team in the Commercial Casualty Claims Team in Canada. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid, or fully remote working arrangements.

The successful candidate will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims by telephone, correspondence, and when required through mediation (virtual or in person). Responsibilities include settling losses within delegated authority or reporting to clients while also directing field adjusters, experts, and legal counsel on a task basis.
