Qualifications

• Completed Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or private institution.
• Comfortable supporting residents with daily living activities.
• Able to show tact and diplomacy with seniors, families and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide Resident Supervision and Assistance (ADLs like eating, dressing, hygiene).
• Provide Resident Care and Services (assist with communication aids and medications under supervision).
• Support Resident Comfort & Well-being (cognitive, social, emotional support and activities).
