General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada is seeking Junior and Intermediate Systems Engineering Analysts to join the Headquarters Systems Engineering team. You will work on the C5ISR-T program, developing requirements, MBSE models, and use-case diagrams to support mission-critical defense systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Experience with complex systems and MBSE modeling is preferred.
• Ability to derive, write, and link requirements in a database.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and define System requirements with the customer (DND).
• Develop activity, sequence, use case, and block definition diagrams.
• Create system requirements, interface specs, and end-to-end information flows.
• Maintain traceability from high-level requirements to test artifacts.
• Use MBSE techniques to develop Operational and System Views per standards.
• Support verification and validation through test case reviews and VCRM construction.
• Present status updates and conduct reviews with stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality work products and meet program milestones.
