Job summary

AIMCo is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (SimCorp Dimension) to join the Platform Operations & Continuous Improvement team. You will partner with business, operations, and technology to ensure a stable, scalable SimCorp Dimension platform and drive automation and process improvements.

You will work with GTD teams on enhancements, support incident resolution, and configure workflows within SimCorp.

Qualifications

• 2+ years production support for SimCorp Dimension.
• 2+ years of experience with SimCorp integration modules (Filter Toolbox, Data Extractor, Communication Server, Batch Job Groups, Services).
• 2+ years with SimCorp Dimension's Investment Book of Records module and lifecycle events.
• Understanding of investment operations and trade lifecycle processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence, transparency, humility, integrity, and collaboration.

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (SimCorp Dimension) – Platform Operations & Continuous Improvement to join our Application Delivery team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, operations teams, technology teams, and vendor partners, supporting the ongoing success of AIMCo's SimCorp Dimension platform.

This position is focused on platform operations, production support, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement. You will help ensure the platform remains stable, efficient, and scalable while identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and increase automation.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with Global Technology & Data (GTD) agile teams to implement enhancements and improvements within SimCorp Dimension.
• Support production stability and provide technical expertise during incident resolution activities.
• Configure and support transaction workflows, portfolio calculations, and investment lifecycle processes within SimCorp.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, data quality, operational efficiency, and process optimization.
• Partner with architects, developers, and vendor teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Identify operational risks and implement controls that improve platform resilience and reduce manual intervention.
• Participate in testing, releases, platform upgrades, and ongoing support activities.
• Build trusted relationships across business, operations, and technology teams.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience providing production support for SimCorp Dimension, including incident resolution, platform stability, and operational troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of Experience working with SimCorp integration modules including Filter Toolbox, Data Extractor, Communication Server, Batch Job Groups, and Services.
• 2+ years of experience working with SimCorp Dimension's Investment Book of Records module and financial instrument lifecycle events.
• Understanding of investment operations and trade lifecycle processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence, transparency, humility, integrity, and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scripting or automation tooling (e.g., SQL, PowerShell, or similar) to support workflow automation and reporting.
• Experience driving operational improvements, process automation, and platform optimization.
• Experience with SimCorp Dimension upgrades.
• Experience in pension, asset management, or financial services environments.
