The Treasury & Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) Technology team delivers critical data, reporting, and analytics solutions that support Treasury, Finance, Risk, and regulatory functions across TD. As part of the Reporting Platform team, you will work with business stakeholders, developers, technical leads, and support teams to enhance and support a business-critical reporting ecosystem. Your work will help improve data accessibility, operational effectiveness, and informed decision-making across the organization.
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will become a trusted partner to business stakeholders and technology teams, combining business analysis, data investigation, and problem-solving skills to deliver effective reporting and data solutions. You will: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams for reporting and data platform initiatives, managing relationships, priorities, and requirements across both project and BAU activities. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories that enable successful solution delivery. Investigate production issues, perform data analysis, and support resolution of business inquiries. Utilize SQL to analyze data, validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making. Execute and coordinate functional testing to validate delivered solutions meet business expectations. Collaborate closely with developers, technical leads, and support teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Communicate complex business and technical concepts concisely and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
