A leading SaaS company is seeking a Senior Business Strategy & Operations Manager to enhance revenue growth through data-driven insights and effective collaboration with sales leadership. This role requires extensive experience in Field Sales/Revenue Operations, particularly in a high-growth SAS environment. You will manage sales operations processes, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights. The position offers a competitive salary range of CAD 156,000 - 193,000 and comprehensive benefits including health and wellness programs.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager - SMB, CMRL Account Management/Retention (individual contributor) who will bring innovation, experience, and a fresh perspective to our team. Your ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and get things done will earn credibility with all levels of the organization. This role will bring a data driven perspective to forecasting, pipeline generation and management, and other sales metrics. You will collaborate closely with the SMB/Commercial & Mid Market Sales Operations team, Sales Leadership, and the broader Go-to-Market organization.

The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role, the compensation range is:
Canada: CAD 156,000 - 193,000
