Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a business / management consultant role
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of business administration experience or other relevant experience
  • Proven history of driving results and successful initiatives

Job Summary

As a Senior Business Strategist, you'll establish strategies, priorities and business requirements that improve revenue growth and competitive advantage. In this role, you'll need to understand external markets and internal business goals to develop initiatives, provide business critical analytics that drive business results, and help develop early stage ideas into future growth initiatives while measuring the impact of success.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and determine business area initiatives and goals using a cultivated depth of business knowledge, skills and experience
  • Execute on growth ideas that drive innovation, often balancing multiple initiatives at once
  • Request and leverage data insights to drive cross-team initiatives and business transformation to aid in understanding challenging business cases
  • Design and implement complex target state processes, procedures and organizational gaps
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members on operations, pain points, solutions, ideas, priorities and key updates to achieve resolution and progress
  • Hold team members and leaders accountable to driving business results while providing support
  • Communicate and present business strategy to all audiences by using the most effective communication strategies and expert knowledge
  • May be responsible for creating and clearly communicating complex business requirements by gaining alignment from differing opinions
  • May create process and policy documentation to accompany any changes
  • Mentor other business strategists by leveraging a strong skill set and proven record of effective strategies for contribution
