MUST HAVES:
10+ years of experience in the following:
SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) Server, Crystal Reports, WEBI Reports
Oracle (19c), SQL, PL/SQL, JSON, XML, optimized database queries, data architecture, data design, modeling and mapping Business intelligence and data analytics, data warehouse design, development and support.
Database management such as data normalization, relational database structures, table joins, database constraints
BO scripting, Unix/Linux shell scripting and tuning
BO administration and package creation
Nice To Have:
Other Reporting tools, particularly Cognos and PowerBI would be an asset
Description
Responsibilities:
Develop, test, support and maintain Panorama Business Object (BO) reports.
Supporting Panorama Immunization, Inventory and Audit reports.
Provide subject matter expertise to develop and maintain BO tools.
Provide Business Objects and Crystal Reports.
SQL query creation and tuning.
Provide Business intelligence and data analytics, data warehouse design, development and support.
Conducting technical analysis, troubleshooting, and issuing resolutions for production operational support.
Develop reports using relational and hierarchical database technologies.
Provide information retrieval packages using query languages.
Support BO administration and package creation.
Provide and support BO upgrades.
Conduct research and assessment of options for technical design issues.
Provide impact analysis, effort estimate and solution design/development.
Assess and analyze impact of upgrades to BO reports.
Resolving and implementing critical fixes and changes.
Conduct routine and incident management.
Perform performance tuning as well as audit and ad hoc reporting.
Meeting the service level agreements by troubleshooting and solving incidents.
Maintain Development environments and continue continuous Integration (CI) practice.
Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
Conduct technical analysis, preparation of detailed programming specifications, program design, writing and/or generating code, and conduct unit tests.
Provide software expertise in various computing platforms, operating systems, database technology, communication protocols, middleware and gateways.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Public Sector Experience - 5 points
Knowledge of the provincial immunization system and Public Sector large complex IT Health related projects or equivalent.
Experience with integration of Clinical IT Systems such as Client and Provider Registries.
Knowledge of Public Sector Enterprise Architecture artifacts and ability to produce technical documentation.
Knowledge of industry standard such as Project Management Institute (PMI).
Experience adopting and adhering to Public Sector Unified I&IT Project Methodology.
Technical Skills - 45 points
10+ years of experience in the following:
