Job summary

TD Bank Group in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is seeking a data reporting professional to support the Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO). You will define input requirements, validate data feeds, and produce enterprise dashboards for senior management and regulatory audiences.

Ideal candidates have at least an undergraduate or graduate degree with strong skills in Power BI, Python, MS SQL, and Advanced Excel, plus the ability to handle large data volumes, analyze and communicate findings

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science).
  • Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience or 3+ year of relevant experience; higher degree education and research tenure can be counted.
  • Power BI, Python, MS SQL, Advanced Excel.
  • Data analysis and manipulation of large volumes of data.
  • Using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently.
  • Ability to analyze, research, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with internal technology teams to define reporting input requirements, validate data feeds, and resolve data quality and integration issues end‑to‑end.
  • Own and manage data issues and exceptions, including root‑cause analysis, remediation tracking, and clear documentation of outcomes.
  • Support and respond to second‑line challenge activities, ensuring responses are accurate, well‑evidenced, and aligned to approved standards and definitions.
  • Produce and maintain enterprise‑level reporting and dashboards, ensuring consistency, traceability, and readiness for senior management and regulatory audiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Business Segments and Corporate Functions by responding to questions and requests via email, the EDMO Hub, and during monthly segment meetings.
  • Contribute to the ongoing maturity of EDMO reporting by improving documentation, standardizing processes, and identifying opportunities to strengthen data quality and control.

Job Description: Job Description Summary Provide specialized business process/ procedure management guidance and support for the Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO) and implement processes and/or initiatives to meet Enterprise Reporting. May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the enterprise level.
