Job Details

Responsibilities

• Automate communication of PowerBI dashboards/apps via Power Automate to targeted audiences, including email and Teams, with dynamic tables.
• Create workflow management scripts using PowerApps to enhance data gathering from business partners and internal customers.
• Design, deploy, and support PowerBI dashboards/apps that are user-friendly, visually appealing, and actionable.
• Develop multi-dimensional data models from various data sources (SQL, XML, XLSX, CSV, SharePoint, websites) for in-depth analysis.
• Secure dashboards/apps data using AD groups and row-level security, considering data sensitivity.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure insights are actionable and aligned with KRIs and KPIs.
• Establish data management structures for reuse across dashboards.
• Translate business, application, and security requirements into technical specifications and produce enterprise-level reports.
• Serve as SME for PowerBI, Power Automate, and PowerApps, advising on best practices.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure data quality and audit compliance.
• Support the deployment of the BI strategy in collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Document logic and processes for dashboards and communicate effectively with audiences.
• Research and recommend process improvements and automation.

Technical & Professional Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerBI (dashboards and apps).
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data manipulation.
• Experience with JSON, XML, XLSX, CSV, and other data sources.
• Knowledge of data warehouses is a plus.

Education & Experience

• 8+ years in PowerBI, Power Automate, and PowerApps implementation, administration, and support.
• Microsoft PL-300 certification preferred.
• Knowledge of information security (lifecycle management, privileged access, authN/authZ) is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in technology, security, finance, business, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical issues for business audiences.
