The successful candidate will analyze sales and marketing data, create actionable insights, and support strategic decisions. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Team, with a dedicated focus on Sales and Marketing Analytics. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decisions that shape how we attract, engage, and retain customers.
As an individual contributor within our Data Team, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to deliver clear, actionable insights that accelerate growth and optimize performance. You’ll build dashboards, run analyses, and uncover opportunities that directly influence pipeline generation, campaign ROI, customer conversion, and market expansion strategies.
You're a curious, commercially-minded analyst with a knack for translating raw data into business impact. You have the technical chops with strong SQL, data modeling, and visualization expertise, but what sets you apart is your ability to understand go-to-market strategy and ask the right questions to uncover what really drives revenue, conversion, and customer engagement.
You thrive in cross-functional environments where Marketing, Sales, and RevOps converge. You know that storytelling matters as much as technical accuracy, and you’re comfortable translating complex trends into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders who need to make fast, strategic decisions.
You’re laser-focused on what moves the needle, whether that’s uncovering friction in the sales funnel, measuring campaign ROI, or helping the GTM team fine-tune their targeting strategy.
