The Team
We are seeking a talented Senior Business Financial Advisor who thrives in a business-centric environment, leveraging their expertise in management accounting to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence. As Senior Business Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health and success of our company. You will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis, costing, accurate reporting, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Working closely with various departments, you will translate complex financial data into actionable insights that inform key business decisions and drive profitability.
The Role
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, ensuring accurate allocation of costs and resources across manufacturing and service operations.
Drive strategic initiatives by providing financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI evaluations.
Conduct regular financial reviews with department heads to monitor budget adherence and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making processes.
Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial processes, implement controls, and optimize reporting tools.
Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to inform financial strategies and mitigate risks.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA / CMA designation a plus).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management accounting role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools.
Advanced proficiency with Google Suite, MS Excel and experience with ERP systems.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
