Position: Sr BD Manager, Apps

Mistplay, the #1 loyalty app for mobile gamers, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to scale its LoyaltyPlay product, a Games Reward Hub that helps app developers, publishers, and websites increase revenue, improve user retention, and enhance user engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target apps and websites with large, engaged audiences that could benefit from play-and-earn solutions.
  • Collaborate with the B2B marketing team to map prospective partners, develop content tailored to various ICPs, and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Outreach to existing contacts and perform cold outreach to new potential partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Attend conferences to meet potential partners across various verticals.
  • Maintain and update pipeline activities using Salesforce and internal tools to provide visibility to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience, including 4+ years in sales, preferably in SaaS, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce for pipeline management.
  • Proven success in building partnerships that generate revenue.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to co-create solutions.
  • Team-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling offerwall solutions to app developers and gaming companies.
  • Exposure to eCommerce, Fintech, Telecommunications, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage sectors.
