Senior Business Development Executive – Cambridgeshire

A Top 40 UK law firm is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join one of their UK offices. You will manage BD and marketing for major sectors and groups. A key part of the role will be to coach and provide high-quality, effective business development advice for partners and lawyers across the business, taking ownership of projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BD plans to identify opportunities for relationship growth
  • Attend legal and sector association events and conferences to build knowledge and network with clients and prospects
  • Drive processes to build a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Understand multipliers and key referrers of work
  • Serve as the key contact for the local office to ensure successful delivery of office-wide initiatives
  • Conduct market and sector research to identify targets

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services firm
  • Possess a relevant degree or marketing qualification
  • Proven experience in business development and sales management
  • Understanding of business and client requirements
